How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gift to arrive sooner.
Can I include a personalized message with my order?
Yes! During the checkout process, you will have the option to add a custom gift message which we will print on a premium card and include inside the package.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are final sale.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Absolutely. You can select our signature gift wrapping option on the product page or in your cart to ensure your gift arrives beautifully presented.
Will the invoice be included in the box?
Since many of our orders are gifts, we do not include physical invoices with prices in the shipment. Your receipt will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
